SETT Original-online version

Based on the original SETT training cd-rom - Train yourself to see the very "mini" facial movements that often appear in just one region of your face: the brows, eyelids, cheeks, nose, or lips. These small movements may occur when an emotion begins gradually. The Person showing such a slight expression might not yet realize he or she is even feeling an emotion-but you will.

Such "mini" facial expressions can occur when people are deliberately trying to eliminate any sign of how they are feeling, but a trace still remains. They may happen when emotions are repressed and the person showing the emotion is totally unaware of what he or she is feeling.

Usually you will be able to determine which it is; an emotion beginning gradually, or a suppressed/repressed emotion, from the context: what has just happened-and what you may know of the person.

Read Emotions Revealed to learn how to make constructive use of this information.

SETT Original-online version

This license allows you train with SETT Original -  which has two sections-Training and Practice. The training for Subtle Expressions covers each of the seven universal emotions: Anger, Sadness, Happiness, Fear, Surprise, Disgust and Contempt. The only one that may not be familira is contempt: which is a feeling of moral superiority. All of the expressions are shown by one face so that you may concentrate on the expressions and not be distracted by different features.
